EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE IN ITALY AND ABROAD
To exercise the right of exchange or return, the customer must send a communication regarding the exchange and return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the shipment will be borne by the buyer. Once the package has been received, Waasi will undertake to send a new product of equal value to the recipient at our expense or provide a refund in the event of a return. Please note that the right of return cannot be exercised on products on sale or on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
DEFECTS AND CONFORMITY
Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the goods received and, if he finds obvious anomalies or defects, he must notify the seller within 1 day of receiving the product. In the event of a lack of conformity, Waasi will restore the conformity of the product by replacing the purchased order.
