WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND RETURNS COSTS?

Shipping is completely free, while returns and exchanges can be made within 10 working days of receiving the product with a shipping cost attributed to the customer.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE PRODUCTS OF?

All our products are made of stainless steel.

Some are 925 silver.

they are Nickel free, hypoallergenic, do not exchange and do not blacken.

Some may contain cubic zirconia.

Please read the indications in the technical data sheets of each product.

THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

To cancel an Order it is SUFFICIENT TO SEND an e-mail to info@waasiaccessories.com indicating the progressive number of the order issued at the time of purchase. In this case the order will not be processed and any amount already paid will be immediately refunded. After 24 hours, the contract will be considered concluded and the order forwarded but you will still have the right to resort to the right of withdrawal.
